課程概述 |
The purpose of this course is to introduce to the students the basic knowledge of corporate finance. After taking this course, students will know:
(1) How to Make Investment Decisions
(2) Valuation of Bonds and Stocks
(3) Tradeoff between Risk and Return
(4) Corporate Financing
(5) Debt and Payout Policy
(6) M&A, Options, and Risk Management |

The class primarily consists of instructor’s lectures. Students are strongly encouraged to ask and discuss during the lectures. There will be mid-term and final exams covering mainly the material. Any makeup exam will not be offered.
1. Mid-term Exam 40%
